All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in the following specific circumstances:
- • Technical issues preventing Service access within 48 hours of purchase
- • Duplicate payments made in error
- • Service discontinuation by Stocksense
- • Violation of our Terms of Service by Stocksense

Not Eligible for Refund

- • Exceeding API rate limits or usage quotas
- • Violation of Terms of Service by the user
- • Downgrading from a higher subscription tier
- • Partial usage of the Service during billing period

6. Payment Method Refunds
Refund Methods
- • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original payment method
- • Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
- • UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
- • Wallet: Refunded to the original wallet account
Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment processor, and will appear as "Refund from Stocksense" in your bank statement.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Immediate Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
No Partial Refunds
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time. Reactivation will begin a new billing cycle from the date of reactivation.
